Ambyr Childers Fearful Of Ex-Husband Randall Emmett?

Ambyr Childers is fearful of her ex-husband Randall Emmett. The former couple is still going through a legal and custody battle. Earlier this year, Ambyr took her ex-husband to court over child support payments. Randall claimed he went through all his money. Even though he’s an established Hollywood producer, he’s having financial struggles.

Now, Ambyr claims that he’s endangering her and her children. The exes share two daughters, Rylee, 8, and London, 12. On Monday, October 24, Ambyr filed a restraining order against Randall. The You alum revealed she suffered “legitimate fear for [her] safety and well-being.” Read on to learn more.

Ambyr Childers files restraining order

Ambyr Childers alleged that she suffered emotional and verbal abuse amid their divorce. The two will have a formal hearing on November 14. The Los Angeles Times first reported Ambyr’s request. Randall Emmett’s rep has already denied his ex-wife’s claims and accusations.

He also denies her request for a restraining order. According to the legal documents filed at the L.A. County Superior Court, Ambyr Childers filed the restraining order after she received “threatening” messages from the Midnight in the Switchgrass producer and his attorney.

One of the messages from his attorney allegedly read: “When will you get some real money together so we can take this c*** out once and for all? This is not good for your girls.”

Randall allegedly responded: “I don’t have real money for this and you know it.”

He also referred to his ex-wife as a “psycho.” Ambyr Childers revealed in the filings that she was most concerned about the “finality and desperation” of the messages. She fears that he could cause “physical harm.” Ambyr claims that Randall was emotionally and verbally abusive during their eight-year marriage, which ended in 2017.  There were times when it would get physical.

Lala Kent offers her support

A judge denied Ambyr Childers’ request due to a lack of proof. However, the hearing will take place next month. Randall also says there is “no merit to these claims.” His ex-fiance Lala Kent took to Instagram to share her support for the actress. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, the two recently spent time together.

The Vanderpump Rules star shared a screenshot of One Mom’s Battle’s Instagram post about the news on Ambyr Childers’ restraining order. In a follow-up post, Lala posted a screenshot of another news article about a woman who was denied a protection order. Both the woman and her family were found dead.

“I just want to remind you all of this… a court denied her and they ended up dead,” Lala wrote. “We won’t be silenced. We won’t give up. We will continue to bring awareness. The clock is ticking. #timesup #nomore.”
