According to a new lawsuit, Erika Jayne knew about Thomas Girardi’s legal schemes. Edelson PC filed a $100 million lawsuit, alleging that the Bravo star knew more than she claims. Erika maintains her innocence to this day. But her recent behavior on the reality show and on social media hasn’t helped her.

The legal firm accused the Pretty Messy author of having “specific knowledge” of her estranged husband’s alleged wrongdoings. They filed a complaint on Wednesday, July 6, which was obtained by Us Weekly. The 50-year-old is one of the many defendants who have been accused of conspiracy to commit racketeering, deceit, abetting concealment of stolen property, and racketeering, among other things.

“Tom and Erika Girardi purposefully portrayed themselves to the public as an extremely wealthy Beverly Hills power couple,” the lawsuit alleges.

It claims that Erika Jayne’s company EJ Global “was created for the purpose of funneling money from Girardi Keese to benefit Erika.” Edelson PC claims that her lavish lifestyle and outrageous shopping sprees were “a part of Erika’s personality” on the show. This new lawsuit claims that “Erika knew of the scheme” as she contends her innocence.

Erika Jayne has been lashing out amid the ongoing legal case. On Saturday, July 9, attorney Ronald Richards shared a screenshot of Erika’s vulgar message to his wife.

She told his wife to “get back on all fours and take it in the a** from that beast you’re married to.”

“It’s really disappointing when your spouse, who has nothing to do with our cases, gets verbally attacked by an older woman who is upset at her own mess or receipt or misappropriated trust account funds,” Ronald tweeted before adding, “@ErikaJayne is this really necessary?”
