Where Was Lifetime’s Flowers In The Attic: The Origin Filmed?
According to St. Louis Today, Lifetime’s Flowers In The Attic: The Origin was filmed in Romania. Because it was filmed during the pandemic, everyone had to social distance. However, Jemima Rooper was happy about this.
They had a very short time frame to make the movie. Therefore, the lack of social time meant she had lots of time to prepare. “I’m not sure I would’ve been able to keep up with my lines if I had been able to.”
We were trying to achieve a lot in a short space of time and, it was weird because it was probably the first job I’ve ever done where I haven’t socialized with the rest of the cast.
Olivia ‘Pushed Down A Dark Path’
Jemima Rooper, who read the whole series of books when she got the role, explains that at the beginning, there is nothing that indicates that Olivia will wind up locking her grandkids in the attic.
But, she warns, “Then, there’s a lot that happens to her. That keeps pushing her down this dark path.”
In addition, there will be plenty of Easter eggs in this new series. Are you ready to watch Olivia’s origin story?
