Randall Emmett Struggling To Afford Bel-Air Mansion?
Is Randall Emmett struggling to afford his Bel-Air mansion? The film producer listed the home that he used to share with his ex-fiance Lala Kent. Last year, she took Bravo TV’s The Daily Dish into their luxurious home. The 51-year-old just put his home on the market for $6.295 million.
This comes amid Randall’s ever-growing financial problems. However, he claims that he’s not penny-pinching. He wants an even bigger home for his family. The 4,276 square foot, four-bedroom, and four-bathroom home comes with its own swimming pool and pickleball court. It’s also tucked away into the streets of Los Angeles.

Randall Emmett lists his $6.3 million home
According to the listing, it includes “floor to floor-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and soaring ceilings.” Randall Emmett’s home has epic views of the canyons and the mountains. It also has a “peek-a-boo” view of the ocean. The mansion also has its own built-in BBQ, private court, and lounge area.
David T. Kessler and Sasha Kaplan Pollak are the agents from Coldwell Banker who Randall Emmett hired to sell his home. They told People that the producer “is in search of a larger residence for his family in Los Angeles.” He shares two daughters, London and Rylee, with his ex-wife, Ambyr Childers.
Randall also shares a one-year-old daughter Ocean with Lala. The 31-year-old and The Irishman producer lived in the Bel-Air home during their relationship. The couple got engaged in September 2018 but delayed their wedding plans due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They ended their engagement in October 2021 amid the infidelity rumors.
Lala has continued to accuse Randall Emmett of infidelity. He spoke out about their split in his interview with Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi on her podcast Genuinely GG. Randall suggested that both of them made “mistakes.” But, he refuses to share the details of what happened because he respects the mother of his child.
Ongoing financial problems
Is the real reason why Randall Emmett selling his home because of his financial issues? According to a previous report via The Sun, he’s involved in a lawsuit for refusing to pay a $287,000 loan. Randall and other defendants have been sued. Potato Eater Productions, LLC filed the lawsuit in late April.
The company alleges that Hair of the Dog LLC, Emmett Oasis Films, LLC, and Randall Emmett agreed to pay the amount by April 2020. He denies their claim that he failed to pay the loan by the deadline. In March 2021, Randall filed documents to decrease his monthly child support payments.
He claimed that he only had a monthly balance of $50,000 in his bank account. The Midnight in the Switchgrass producer is also dealing with other lawsuits and financial problems. What do you think Randall Emmett is selling his home? Sound off below in the comment section.
