‘LPBW’ Spoilers: Caryn Says Matt Roloff’s Family Is Crazy
During the LPBW Season 23 Premiere tonight, Caryn Chandler admits that Matt Roloff’s family is a bit difficult to handle. In fact, she outright calls them crazy. What caused Caryn to make such a claim about Matt’s family? Keep reading for spoilers from tonight’s episode.

Caryn Chandler calls Matt’s family crazy
Toward the end of tonight’s episode, fans learn why the episode was titled “the Roloff crazy train.” The exact title was stated by both Matt and Caryn after Tori and Zach came to visit. Matt noted that he and Caryn were currently riding “the Roloff crazy train.”
Caryn Chandler took control of the conversation and noted that her family had their issues too. They, however, were not nearly as crazy as Matt’s family. Matt, however, didn’t take offense to what she said. Instead, he thought it was funny and kind of true.
Why did this conversation come up?
Tori and Zach Roloff head to Roloff Farms toward the end of the episode to break some news to Matt and Caryn. After their offer was accepted, they decided it was time to tell everyone they were moving 45 minutes away. Zach wasn’t sure how his father would react to the news, but he was hoping there would be some type of emotional response. In hindsight, Zach realizes he probably could have just called his father and avoided the awkward encounter entirely.
Caryn Chandler and Matt Roloff stuck in difficult place
Caryn Chandler tells the producers during a confessional that she and Matt are in a very difficult place with Zach and Tori. Matt Roloff absolutely loves his grandchildren. They used to see them multiple times a week and they babysat for them any time Zach and Tori needed to do something. So, Zach and Tori running away and not speaking to them for weeks devastated them both.
Caryn Chandler pointed out it was Zach and Tori that put the distance between them. So, she believed it would need to be Zach and Tori that returns if they want to mend the relationship. Presently, things are awkward between the two couples and they are using the children to communicate.
