‘Teen Mom 2′: Jenelle Evans’ Dog Killing A Publicity Stunt, Jenelle Denies It
Teen Mom 2 fans understandably scratch their head over Jenelle Evans and David Eason. How many flip-flops can one person do? Back in late April, we heard that David Eason shot and killed their dog Nugget. At the time, Eason claimed he did it as Nugget nipped their daughter Ensley. Now, reports came out that the cops say all a publicity stunt. However, Jenelle denies it, saying the police tell lies.
Teen Mom 2 publicity stunt a costly game if that’s true
The Hollywood Gossip broke the news about the killing of Nugget being a publicity stunt. According to them, on Thursday…a report from the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office seemed to indicate that Jenelle and David had faked the dog’s death as some sort of publicity stunt. If that’s the truth, then where’s Nugget? If this really was a stunt, then surely even Jenelle could have foreseen the bad outcome. The hot mess involved the intervention of cops, Animal Welfare, and Child Protective Services.
Fans of Teen Mom 2 may shake their heads at the things Jenelle gets up to, but this is over the top. Her children ended up taken away, much drama played out in court, and the hatred still spews out on social media. Hundreds of thousands of people express their disgust over it all. Plus, MTV allegedly fired her from the show. If they looked for publicity, they certainly got it, even if for all the wrong reasons.

Jenelle Evans says cops lie, denies a stunt
The Hollywood Gossip came up with a revised version for Teen Mom 2 fans. According to them, in an interview, Jenelle said, “When I called [the police] before I can even speak, he said to me, “Mrs. Eason, I need to know the truth about this situation. I have many media outlets calling me about it and I want to tell you right now if this is a publicity stunt you need to tell me because I have other cases including things like rape that I have to deal with. If you are doing it for publicity then I understand and will close the case and you can go about your business.”
Well, it certainly sounds like the police know Jenelle well enough these days. Anyway, Jenelle says she specifically told him it’s not “a publicity stunt and I’m not sure where my dog is or what happened to my dog but you would have to call David and ask.” She added that she was inside [her] house…when David went outside with the dog. She also claimed the police left a message on her phone to call them. This conversation allegedly happened when she returned the call.
Plus, the Teen Mom 2 star went on to say the police lied in court about the state of her home. She says she had cameras in that showed her house was not filthy and “cluttered.” She added, “I honestly think they are doing this for their own publicity because they could have wrote up their “press release” weeks ago.”
Confusion reigns over the dog
According to The Blast, “Even though Nugget has still not been accounted for, officials say, The evidence collected indicates that the allegations of animal cruelty were fabricated.” In fact, the investigations over and no charges will happen. The Columbus County, North Carolina officials say, “Jenelle stated that the reason she filed the animal cruelty report was for the publicity and because she did not know where her dog was.”
What do you think about all of this? Do you think the police officials lied? Who’s the liar here? Could Jenelle Evans possibly have dreamed up a publicity stunt like this? Whatever happened, was it worth the cost? Sound off your thoughts in the comments below.
