Erin and Ben Napier are constantly working. They have been on HGTV for years with their show Home Town. They work on restoring every home and business they can before it is too late. However, the restoration process is something that always keeps them busy. They were coming out with a new spinoff called Home Town: Inn This Together. They partnered with some friends to renovate the boutique hotel in the downtown area. However, after they completed the hotel, Erin revealed that it had burned down. The loss was devastating news, as they had all worked hard on the hotel. Fans did not know if the show was going to air after this tragedy.
Erin Napier Finally Speaks Out On Show’s Tragedy
Erin Napier has finally spoken out about the situation. It has also been revealed that Home Town: Inn This Together will air later in 2026.
This was their baby. To watch them give their all − and I really mean give their all to create this masterpiece − and then to watch it burn together, was devastating. They’re still somehow finding a way to keep looking at the next steps and [asking], ‘Where do we go from here?’ And I don’t know where they’re going to go, yet. But, man, I’m proud of them. I think − even though it didn’t go the way we all were expecting and hoping and excited about − if you want to see human endurance and the spirit of ‘we can do hard things,’ it is going to be that hotel series.
The loss was heartbreaking for them all. However, there was nothing they could do about it in the end.

It seems as though Home Town: Inn This Together is going to air later in the year. This was shocking for people to hear. However, it was already filmed, so they might as well put it out there. This was a devastating thing that happened to the hotel. However, they are trying to figure out what they are going to do now that it has been completed, before it burned.
