The Oscar-winning actress took two weeks off to fulfill one of her dream goals. Fans of the show were impressed by her return to the New York-based show. Whoopi Goldberg Returns To The View After Long Absence
Whoopi Goldberg joined The View in 2007. Her job as moderator is to present topics to the panel and push the conversation along. While she’s open to hearing the opinions of her co-hosts, many fans would agree that Whoopi Goldberg shares her own opinions the most out of all the co-hosts.
So, of course, viewers noticed when she wasn’t there for the last two weeks. The talk show host was in Italy, but not for the reason you’d think. She was in Italy to film episodes for the country’s long-running soap opera, Un Posto Al Sole.
Whoopi Goldberg is now mainly associated with The View. But she had a respectful career as an actress and comedian for decades before joining the show. And she still loves acting. The Ghost actress fulfilled one of her dreams by appearing on a soap opera.

Fans Impressed With Recent Comeback
Some viewers can find Whoopi Goldberg overbearing with her hot take on political and world issues. There have even been calls for ABC to replace her. However, she plans to stay exactly where she is as long as she can. The actress previously spoke out about not retiring due to her financial responsibilities.
Absence truly does make the heart grow fonder. The View fans took to social media to discuss how much they missed Whoopi Goldberg and how surprised they were about that. One fan wrote on social media, “I have criticised Whoopi as a host In the past, but today I found her phenomenal. I only watched hot topics, but she was on fire. Everything she said was on point, and even used her own relatable experience.”
The fan also had praise for some of the other hosts. “Sunni was also full of passion, and was great to see Joy back 😀 just growing concerned about Alyssa but I know shes entitled to a private life.” Alyssa Farah Griffin, who announced her pregnancy in October, has missed three days this week so far.

Sorry, I cannot stand Whoppi. I think every thing she says is negative. Never anything to build up America and her people. She constantly demeans people, and pushers Racisum. She doesn’t bring out true love, or respect for all other people. She is very short sighted in her almost every topic she covers. Sorry but I can’t understand how anyone can like that show, and even more so how the company can pay her so much and keep the show. Just completely mind blowing to me, and all my friends. It’s kinda like saying that everyone loves Kamla, with her stupidity and circling salad conversations. It’s just stupid.
There’s no clean laughter, unless it’s meant to put someone down. which is not funny, and should Not be promoted to do. Sorry, but I don’t think that promotes a healthy thinking in the US.
