This came out with big news that fans had been anticipating for months. Recently, on social media, the actress answered a question that fans have also been asking for months.
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Made A Big Announcement In The Comments On A Recent Instagram Post
As soap fans know, Wood first joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful as Steffy Forrester in 2008. The role has won her a Daytime Emmy at least three times, in 201, 2021, and 2023.
In her personal life, Wood married Elan Ruspoli in 2018. The two have since started a family in Los Angeles, including sons: Rise Harlen, Lenix, Brando Elion, and Valor James. However, the actress recently shared news that would impact both her family and her time on the soap.
As previously reported, Wood shared that she was expecting her fifth child in her newsletter. Revealing the news this past March, she shared she was nearly seven months pregnant. Since then, the actress had another update with fans.
Back on October 14, Wood shared a carousel post on Instagram, where she unveiled photos of her new baby. The reveal was sandwiched between photos and videos of the actress’ various animal friends and other members of her family. Initially, she wrote in a simple caption, “A little slice of paradise.”
The Bold And The Beautiful Star Shared More Updates In Her Newsletter
In the comments, Wood shared another update, answering a question fans had been waiting on since she announced her fifth pregnancy. This was whether Wood had welcomed a new baby boy or girl into her family.
Wood shared that she recently “welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy at home. This season has been all about being still, soaking in every precious moment, and embracing the quiet magic of new beginnings. Social media took a little back seat, but I’m so happy to be back and say hello again.”
Wood shared further updates, including her baby’s name, with her newsletter, which is the very outlet the actress used to announce the news of her fifth pregnancy. She shared, “The most special news of all… we welcomed our newest baby boy: Talon Ruspoli.”
Wood continued, “We had a peaceful home birth surrounded by our sons, and I’ll be sharing our birth story soon (for those of you who love reading birth stories as much as I do.) Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, your kindness, and the warm messages you’ve sent during this quiet season. Our hearts are so full.”
