Amanda Halterman Breaks Silence On Major Illness

Leonard Moore recently shared a post on Facebook praising Amanda for showing up every day and making content, especially with everything she is dealing with. Amanda also shared it to her page as well.

It reads, “Even on the hard days… she shows up. In between flares, sick days, and moments when most would give up — Amanda Halterman keeps building, creating, and connecting. This journey isn’t easy, but it’s real. Every post, every video, every idea comes straight from the heart.”

The post continues, saying, “It’s been just me and @leonardemoore holding it down behind the scenes — building something bigger than us both. Because purpose doesn’t pause when life gets tough.”

In addition to this caption, they included a picture of Amanda in the update, with the words, “Living With POTS. Because awareness saves lives.”

According to the Cleveland Clinic, “Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) is a condition that causes a number of symptoms when you transition from lying down to standing up, such as a fast heart rate, dizziness and fatigue. While there’s no cure, several treatments and lifestyle changes can help manage the symptoms of POTS.”

  • Many commenters are showing support for Amanda Halterman amid her diagnosis, with one person writing, “POTS is very seriously debilitating at times, my niece has it. Amanda thank you for bringing it to light.”
  • Another person said, “I feel you..I have had it for years too..I always try keeping something salty on hand for when it gets bad..hugs to you.”
