‘My 600-Lb Life’ David Nelson Unrecognizable In Tiny Spandex After Massive Weight Loss
My 600-lb Life cast member David Nelson recently shocked his TLC fans with a major progress update. He even shared a pic looking unrecognizable in tiny black spandex. So, what else did David share with his followers recently, and what did he have to say about it?
My 600-LB Life: David Nelson Has Come A Long Way On His Journey
Like every cast member who films an episode of My 600-lb Life, David Nelson was in bad shape when TLC cameras first caught up with him to film his scenes. David had a traumatic childhood, and like many before him on the show, this led him to turn to things like food for comfort.
By the time David Nelson got to Dr. Now’s office in Houston and weighed himself in Season 10 scenes, he was more than 760 pounds. Without question, he had his work cut out for him if he wanted to turn his life around. Before stepping on the scale, David said he hoped to at least be in the 600s. However, the reality of being closer to 800 pounds was a sobering realization for him.
TLC Celeb Shares Shocking Progress Update
Since David’s My 600-lb Life episode aired, he has been keeping his followers in the loop regarding his weight loss progress. How patients do once they are on their own and living life is always something that fans of the TLC show are curious about.
While it’s easier to drop the pounds under Dr. Now’s strict supervision, it’s a lot harder to maintain the discipline once these people leave and have to navigate things by themselves.
Luckily, however, based on the latest updates making the rounds on social media, David has persevered, and he is now reaping the rewards of all of his hard work. In a series of pics he shared online, he looks completely unrecognizable in black spandex.
In addition to showing off his slimmer figure and short clips working out in the gym, David Nelson told his followers, “hello everyone here is an update on my current weight and working out. Hope you enjoy it. Weight is around 315.”
