Justin McSwain recently uploaded photos of his ongoing house renovation project. According to the My 600-Lb Life star, there was a time when he couldn’t do such things, adding that he couldn’t even lift any tools and stand for long. Today, Justin can install walls and rebuild floors. He’s currently working on an old house and is hoping to give life to it again. He added, “This home has a long way to go. So do I. But step by step, board by board, we’re both getting there.” It seems Justin is not only a farm owner, but he’s now pursuing a career as a home builder. Justin McSwain has yet to share new updates about his current weight. But considering that he can now perform heavy physical tasks, it’s clear that he’s been successful in his goals. Justin also had an impressive episode with Dr. Now. During his episode, he followed Dr. Now’s strict diet rules.
It became difficult for him to go out, as he was pursuing his goals during the Covid-19 pandemic. But it didn’t stop Justin from working hard, eventually dropping enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery. The My 600-Lb Life star dropped 334 pounds by the end of his episode, bringing him down to 353 lbs. Some of his photos today may also indicate that he’s now somewhere around 250 to 200 pounds.
