Ashley has been thriving in life even after parting ways with the Landry family. She still hunts in the swamps and wilderness. But it’s no longer for alligators. Instead, the Swamp People star has been hunting for fish and caring for farm animals. Ashley still applies the hunting skills she learned with the Landrys to her own family. Recently, she uploaded a clip of her youngest child using her rifle to shoot flying plates. She captioned, “My youngest stole the Deadeye title of the house- We’re raising a sharp shooter!”
Ashley Fears Drowning, Not Alligators
Ashley Jones recently took to IG to share a creepy photo of a crashed car sinking in the lake. According to the Swamp People star, crashing her car into the water is one of her biggest fears. However, she’s ready to face it and even shared tips about how to survive in such a situation.
Ashley said that people shouldn’t waste time trying to open the door, as it will never open due to water pressure. She then advised avoiding rolling up the windows, as it could make it even more difficult to escape. Ashley added that breaking windows is the best way to escape, especially the rear windows, as they’re usually the last part to sink. It’s surprising to see Ashley having fears in the water despite being a talented alligator hunter. But it just shows that she’s only human. Troy Landry himself has also made many fans laugh by being scared by a device his grandchild was trying to put on his arm, showing his unusual fearful side.

Ashley Jones has also been documenting her transformation journey over the past few months. The Swamp People star recently uploaded a stunning photo of herself wearing her blue bikini to celebrate the 4th of July with her family in Jasper, Arkansas. Ashley has also been proud of being 2 years sober. Last May, Ashley revealed that she had dropped 50 pounds since quitting alcohol and focusing more on a healthy diet.
