Ashley has been thriving as a social media influencer. Recently, the Swamp People star endorsed a teeth-whitening device. She also revealed that she’s getting Botox, and many fans were impressed by the love she’s giving herself. Ashley also uploaded her 50-pound weight loss last week. Her transformation comes after being sober for two years. Despite leaving the show, she remains in touch with the crew, especially with Troy Landry. But amid all the positive events in her life, Ashley recently took to social media to beg for prayers as a loved one undergoes surgery.
Ashley Shares Serious Surgery, Begs For Prayers
In an IG post, Ashley Jones shared a photo with her grandmother, begging fans for prayers. According to the Swamp People star, she’s urgently requesting prayers for her grandmother, who’s in surgery by the time she made the post. She added that her grandmother is in a critical state, saying that the surgery may treat or break her even worse. Ashley continued, “It’s very serious! I know recovery will be a long road. Pray for my mom and aunt Becky, they need it the most. 😫😔” Ashley didn’t exactly share what kind of surgery her grandmother had, but many fans took to her comments section to pray for her grandmother.

Swamp People: Ashley Jones’ Family Has Been Swamped With Health Issues
This wasn’t the first time Ashley begged for prayers online. Recently, the Swamp People star shared that her daughter, Addison, underwent emergency surgery after tearing her rotator cuff while competing with her swim team. Ashley clarified that Addison didn’t completely tear her rotator cuff, which will allow her to maintain full motion. However, she still needed to get surgery. Addison is currently training to become a successful swimmer.
Ashley Jones has also been a very supportive mother and even took to social media to ask for remedies for “swimmer’s ears,” which is something that her daughter frequently experiences. She added, “Getting a physical and advice from the Dr! Wish my girl luck on her swim team tryouts!!! You got this! 🏊♀️”
Ashley has not yet shared an update since sharing her grandmother’s surgery. But she likes to keep people in touch about some of the most important updates in her life, and it may only be a matter of time before she gives news about how the surgery went.
