She was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year. She chronicles every aspect of the battle for her life on her main Instagram feed or the Boobie Broadcast channel she created to update her followers.

She’s been dealing with several common side effects from the cancer treatment, including hair loss and depression.

In her latest Boobie Broadcast, she shared how being a planner is both good and bad. On the upside, it caused her to add beneficiaries to her bank account. But on the other hand, it also made her think about not coming home.

Katie Thurston recently joined her husband, Jeff Arcuri, in Greece for the end of his overseas comedy tour. She revealed in the social media post that she had made plans with the dog sitter in case they didn’t come home. The Bachelorette alum was initially diagnosed with an aggressive Stage 3 breast cancer that required chemotherapy. However, she moved across the country shortly after that diagnosis. Her new team of doctors redid the tests and discovered Katie Thurston actually had Stage 4, but a form that didn’t require chemotherapy. The misdiagnosis had a major impact on her decisions before the second opinion.

Katie Thurston plans to share the results from her checkup with fans, whether the news is good or bad.
