Good Morning America is one of the most popular morning shows around, with millions of people tuning in to watch Michael Strahan, Robin Roberts, and more get them up to speed on current events and everything important going on that they need to know.
For any Good Morning America fans who have not been keeping up with the most recent updates, there have already been some major changes for the popular program, and many others on the same network as well.
It turns out, the Good Morning America crew and others moved to new headquarters to continue filming the show that millions of fans love. However, based on the latest updates making the rounds, there are changes coming to the beloved program that go well beyond a change in venue.
The new location offers plenty of state-of-the-art amenities, and these include some things that thousands of employees can already enjoy. In more ways than one, it looks like there are some big changes on the horizon, and that includes a new endeavor that fans of Good Morning America are sure to get a kick out of.

Huge Twist Coming To GMA, What Is It?
Based on the latest updates making the rounds, there is a huge twist coming to Good Morning America. It turns out, there will be a year-long venture on the program to celebrate the show’s 50th anniversary. This will include something they are calling “50 States in 50 Weeks: America the Beautiful”
This new direction in programming will also coincide with America’s 250th birthday in 2026 as well. There is plenty to look forward to as this new segment prepares for a hard launch.
According to a recent press release, this new direction will “share stories that reflect the heart of each state and celebrate local heroes, kicking off on July 3 in Delaware, highlighting the lifeguards of the Rehoboth Beach Patrol.”
The press release continued, revealing even more of what Good Morning America fans can expect, saying, “Each week, a GMA anchor or correspondent will visit a new state, following the order in which they joined the United States, to spotlight a local changemaker and showcase the state’s unique culture, history, traditions and landmarks.”

Elaborating even more, the press release said, “Viewers are invited to nominate inspiring individuals in their communities who are making a meaningful impact. ’50 States in 50 Weeks: America the Beautiful’ will run through July 2026, celebrating the milestone in a heartfelt way with audiences nationwide.”
