‘Dancing With The Stars’ Casts Two Reality Stars For Season 34
Dancing With The Stars was renewed for Season 34. The new season won’t start until the fall, but ABC isn’t making fans wait until then to find out which celebrities are competing. Keep reading to find out the names of the two reality stars confirmed for DWTS.
Dancing With The Stars Season 34 Contestants Already Revealed
ABC revealed in May which shows were on the upcoming fall schedule. Season 2 of The Golden Bachelor will air on Wednesdays. Dancing With The Stars will air on Tuesdays. The specific premiere dates haven’t been revealed yet.
In a surprising move, the name of the first contestant for Season 34 of Dancing With The Stars was released in April. Robert Irwin was the first contestant revealed. He’s the son of famed zoologist Steve Irwin. Known as “The Crocodile Hunter,” Steve Irwin passed away in 2006 after being bitten by a stingray.
Robert Irwin has followed in his father’s footsteps. He’s a conservationist, zookeeper, and wildlife photographer, with a side gig as an actor and TV personality. He’s also the younger brother of Bindi Irwin, who won Season 21.
The second Season 34 cast member was announced on Good Morning America in May. TikTok star Alix Earle will compete on the dance competition.
Two Reality Stars Join Season 34
The Dancing With The Stars cast always includes at least one reality star. Kim Kardashian competed on Season 7, but was sent home in the third week. The latest DWTS cast announcement reveals not one, but two stars of the same reality show have been added to the Season 34 cast.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is a breakout reality show from Hulu. Bachelor alum Nick Viall hosted the Season 2 reunion episode for the streaming service.
He revealed during the reunion that several of the Mormon Wives cast auditioned for Dancing With The Stars. But only two of them were chosen. Whitney Leavitt and Jennifer Affleck were announced as the next two contestants for the upcoming DWTS season.

Will Anyone From Bachelor Nation Compete This Season?
Nick Viall was a great choice to make the announcement. He was the lead on Season 21 of The Bachelor. He also competed on Season 24 of Dancing With The Stars and came in third place.
Season 28 Bachelor Joey Graziadei was crowned the winner of the last Dancing With The Stars season. The celebrity dance competition usually includes at least one contestant from Bachelor Nation. The Season 23 cast featured two – Jenn Tran and Joey Graziadei.
But with two stars of the reality show Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, fans think Bachelor Nation might sit this season out. But if ABC is looking for someone from the franchise, Kaity Biggar is ready for the dance floor.
The rest of the Season 34 contestants will be revealed at a later date, but DWTS fans have a long wish list. They want to see someone from the Kelce football family on the show. However, the Kelce family matriarch, Donna Kelce, is on the upcoming season of The Traitors.
