But she recently made a shocking return to show off her new look.

Shannon Lowery recently took to FB to share a new photo of herself. It’s been a year since the My 600-Lb Life star last uploaded a photo. Shannon was showing off her new haircut in the picture. She captioned, “Finally got my hair cut yesterday yay.” She now has much shorter hair. Many fans also left positive comments on her post. Shannon didn’t share any updates regarding her weight loss. Shannon Lowery has also been sharing updates about her health issues over the past few months. Earlier this year, the My 600-Lb Life star expressed her frustration about feeling sick. She added that she could only eat chicken and soup, which have been keeping her alive. According to Shannon, she’s been having issues with her gut, adding that she’s been going back and forth to the restroom. It was also suspected that she may have Norovirus, an infection that causes vomiting and diarrhea.
