‘Family Feud’ Steve Harvey Gives Embarrassed Player Harsh Reality Check
When it comes to Family Feud host, Steve Harvey, he does his best to keep the popular game show light and family-friendly. Every once in a while, however, the popular comedian and radio host has to bring the hammer down and deliver a harsh reality check. This is exactly what happened in recent scenes. So, what went down?
Family Feud: Steve Harvey Is In Charge Of Moving The Game Show Along
As Family Feud fans know, Steve Harvey is a man of many talents. He has jokes for days, and he is always ready to deliver the next punchline. He also has to wear many hats when he steps onto the game show set and films an episode of the popular game show.
In addition to making sure that the Family Feud game runs smoothly, sometimes, Steve Harvey has to play the role of life coach, as he uses his vast wisdom and experience to shed some light on things in life for younger contestants. Other times, however, Steve has to step in and give people a harsh reality check. Whatever the situation calls for, Harvey is ready to answer that call.
Game Show Contestant Gets Carried Away In Recent Scenes
In recent Family Feud scenes, one player got a little too carried away, and decided to celebrate prematurely, creating a hilarious viral moment that the game show’s social media page made sure to share for all of the game show’s fans to see.
In these recent scenes, Steve Harvey asked the Family Feud survey question: “Name something people say looks bright.”
To this, one confident player responded with: “The stars.” Now, on paper, this was a good answer. However, it would only be a good answer if it was not already on the board. It turns out, it was already on the board in the number one spot under the term: “The Sun/A Star.”
In true Steve Harvey fashion, the game show host played along, saying: “I know, that’s good. That’s the best answer you gave, girl.” While high-fiving this player, Steve piled on, adding: “That’s up there. Hell yeah!”
Steve Harvey kept the charade going, as this recent Family Feud player was completely oblivious to the fact that the answer she gave was already up there in the number one spot. Eventually, the realization dawned on her, as she said “Oh!” and covered her mouth in embarrassment.
As for Steve Harvey, he had a smug look on his face as this player said: “You got me now.” To this, Harvey simply said: “I know.”
