‘American Idol’ Top 24 2025 Spoilers Revealed

American Idol is back with Season 23. While things are just getting started, some fans are really anticipating what happens next. A few spoilers have recently come out about the competition series, including the Top 24 and their upcoming song list.
American Idol‘s Season 23 Comes With A New Judge & Celebrity Mentors
The current season of American Idol filmed the Top 24 contestants at Disney Aulani Resort in Hawaii back in February. This has been the practice for the past few seasons.
This season, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan have returned as judges and are now joined by Carrie Underwood, who has taken over for Katy Perry. As with previous seasons, Ryan Seacrest has returned as the series’ host.

Many prominent performers are expected to appear this season as well. Ashanti and Josh Groban will appear as mentors.
In addition, Jelly Roll will serve as an “artist in residence” and already started working with the singers during Hollywood Week. He will also continue to help the contestants throughout the season.
Many on the Top 24 list should already be familiar to reality TV fans. One such contestant included Drew Ryn, who finished sixth place on X Factor USA during the first season. A few contestants also previously appeared on The Voice, including Thunderstorm Artis and Victor Solomon.
One Contestant Already Brought On A Famous Relative
Mikey Jimenez aka MKY also appeared on the short-lived Boy Band. Olivier Bergeron previously appeared on the French-Canadian Star Académie.
Another contestant this season is also related to pop star royalty. Contestant Baylee Littrell is the son of Brian Littrell of Backstreet Boys fame. Notably, Baylee’s father even made an appearance during his original audition.
