Robin Roberts has been dealing with a lot of layoffs on her morning talk show, Good Morning America. While many fans have lashed out at Robin and Michael Strahan about how much they are paid while the regular workers are getting laid off, Robin is trying to keep an open mind and wants to reach out to let them know she cares.’

her social media on Thursday and had a message for her fans. In the caption of the post, she wrote, “Good morning! With Glam Fam & looking forward to you sharing what you’re most grateful for on this #thankfulthursday.”
In the video, she greeted her “Glam Fam,” and they said hello back to her. She then said that she has something she has always believed in that she lives by. She said to “Dream big, focus small.” Robin said this means that the little things you do will lead to your ultimate goal.
She then asked, “Are you complaining about the partial in your life or are you celebrating the partial. Are you so focused on your flaws and how far you have to go that you’re taking for granted the small victories that you’re achieving along the way? Find the good – in right now – in the progress that you’re making.”
She finished by saying that celebrating partial victories will help lead a person to total victory.

Robin Roberts is passing on her messages of positivity to her fans. However, not all Good Morning America fans are there for it, especially with so many GMA workers losing their jobs in recent days.

However, what people don’t take into account is that people watch the show because of Robin and Michael. They get paid the most because they bring in the viewers.
“There is a lot of resentment that all these employees are losing their jobs making $100,000 or $150,000 a year, but Robin is making $20 million, Michael is making $17 million and George, who gets sued for $15 million, still gets his $18 million salary. People think it’s just not fair,” one insider said.
