Mike “Boogie” Malin of Big Brother fame has faced legal troubles for the second time in three months. This time, however, the story also involves another well-known reality TV vet, Dr. Will Kirby. Notably, Kirby and Malin were once famous for being allies during their time together on Big Brother. This notably comes out after an incident involving Malin involving a San Fernando Valley CVS.

Malin is known for competing on various seasons of Big Brother. Notably, he served as the winner of Big Brother 7. In addition, he also appeared on the second and fourteenth seasons.

During his time on the show, Malin was also famously part of the “Chilltown” alliance, which is considered one of the most successful alliances in the franchise. This alliance initially saw Malin team up with players like Dr. Will Kirby and Shannon Dragoo.

According to TMZ, Malin was arrested and taken to jail after he failed to show up to a court appearance. A bench warrant was then issued against the reality star.

Notably, the hearing was related to Malin violating a restraining order concerning his former co-star, Kirby. Malin had reportedly went against the order by directly contacting Kirby’s wife.

The publication noted that Malin was previously found guilty of felony stalking his former “Chilltown” ally back in 2021. At the time, he pled no contest and was eventually given a sentence of two years of probation.

Kirby had reportedly got a restraining order against Malin in 2019. The two had previously been set to appear as a duo on another reality series. Kirby ultimately declined the offer, which cost Malin his role on the show. It’s been Allegedly, that is when Malin started to send threats to Kirby and his family.

Malin Was Also Recently Arrested Following An Incident At A California CVS

At this time, Malin’s bail is set at $20,000. His next upcoming court date is March 20.

Kirby’s attorney, Sam Ahmadpour, also notably issued a statement to the publication: “Protective orders exist for a reason, and no one is above the law. We expect full accountability for this violation.”

The arrest is notable, since, as previously reported, Malin was recently arrested following an incident involving a CVS in the San Fernando Valley region. At the time, Malin was said to have left the pharmacy without paying for items he took out of the store. At the time, Malin was initially booked for misdemeanor theft, though he was eventually released on a citation.

For his part, Kirby, who is also known as Dr. Will, is also a noted aesthetic dermatologist. In addition to his appearances on Big Brother, he has appeared on a variety of television shows, including other reality shows, over the years. Recently, he joined the second season of Deal or No Deal Island, becoming a regular contestant by the third episode.
