Theresa Caputo Welcomes Beautiful New Grandbaby
Theresa Caputo of Long Island Medium fame recently shared a new addition to her family. The TV personality shared a video of her new grandchild on social media. This also notably comes out after another recent addition to the family was announced.
Theresa Caputo Celebrated The News With A Classic Disney Song
Caputo is a reported psychic medium who claims to be able to communicate with spirits of the dead. Over the years, she’s also become a notable television personality.
Caputo is arguably best known for her TLC series, Long Island Medium. The original series lasted from 2011 to 2019. Following this, she headlined her own Lifetime series, Theresa Caputo: Raising Spirits.
In her personal life, Theresa was married to Larry Caputo from 1989 to 2018. The two share two children together, Larry Caputo Jr. and Victoria Caputo Mastrandrea. Both of her children have also notably appeared on her shows over the years.
On Instagram, Caputo shared a new addition to her family. As she shared in the caption, “Welcome to the world, Meadow Skye.”
Included in the post was a video showing Meadow sleeping and surrounded by her family. According to a sign, Meadow was born at 1:51 PM on March 3, 2025. She weighed 6 lbs and 9 oz and measured 19 1/2 inches. The video was notably set to “So This Is Love” from Disney’s Cinderella.

According to People, Theresa’s daughter Victoria Mastrandrea announced her second pregnancy back in August. Victoria is married to Michael Mastrandrea and the two also have a two-year old daughter, Michelina Rose.
Baby Meadow Skye Is Theresa Caputo’s Third Grandchild
At the time, Victoria shared the news on Instagram. In the post, Meadow’s big sister Michaelina could be seen in a playhouse while enjoying ice cream. A sign in the photo read, “I’ve got the scoop. Baby #2 is due March 2025.”
Victoria wrote in the caption, “Sorry I’ve been a little MIA lately. Growing another little human to add to our family. We are so excited and can’t wait for March to come.”

In addition, Theresa’s son Lawrence “Larry” Caputo Jr. and his wife Leah Munch recently had a son, Nico. As noted by People, Theresa also similarly shared the news of baby Caputo back in August, where it was reported he would be born sometime in September 2024.
Notably, Theresa “introduced” Nico in a holiday post this Thanksgiving. In addition to a photo of Theresa holding her grandson, she alos included a photo of him wearing a turkey hoodie.

This makes Meadow Theresa’s third grandchild. On Theresa’s recent post, many fans shared their congratulations over the good news. A few comments also sent love to Victoria and Michael. Some comments included:
