Pinkies Out! All The Details On Hallmark’s Royal Weekends

There is a certain group of Hallmark fans who love Royal Romances. For the very first time in the history of the network, there will be three Royal Weekends in March. That means three of this trope that can sometimes polarize Hallmark viewers.

Starring in these movies includes Hallmark’s own Golden Retriever, Andrew Walker, along with Once Upon A Time alum Emilie de Ravin. Also, Mallory Jansen and Reign alum Charlie Carrick. Lastly, Nichole Sakura and a very experienced royal actor William Moseley, who starred in The Royals as Prince Liam.

Hallmark’s The Royal We Kicks Off March
Kicking off this fun March trope is The Royal We. This movie premieres on Saturday, March 1, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. It will be available to stream the next day on Hallmark+. This romcom stars Mallory Jansen and Charlie Carrick.
In this romcom, Princess Bea has always lived a normal life. She moved away from home to enjoy her freedom in Boston. However, when her older sister decides to follow her heart and run off with a commoner, Bea is forced to step up and honor her family’s obligations and marry the man who was originally betrothed to her sister.
Not only does she have some explaining to do to her friends, but she needs to find out if they are meant to be.
But, can she and the handsome prince from a smaller country find a way to be royal and enjoy their freedom? Bea will make sure that this will happen in this comedic romance.
The Reluctant Royal Stars Andrew Walker And Emilie de Ravin
Next, The Reluctant Royal premieres on Saturday, March 8, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel and next day on Hallmark+. This movie stars Emilie de Ravin and Andrew W. Walker.
Johnny Payne is your everyday Philly car mechanic. He likes the babes. Johnny also likes to work out. His life is going fine until he meets Prudence. She is his long-lost father’s advisor. Johnny’s estranged father also just happens to be a duke and wants his son by his side.
Can Prudence tame this son of a duke’s rough edges enough to introduce him to the upper crust? And will the fast and loose Johnny and the ever-proper Prudence find themselves falling in love?

Royal-Ish Is Based On Teri Wilson’s Novel
Lastly, Royal-Ish premieres on Saturday, March 15, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel, and the next day on Hallmark+. This stars Nichole Sakura and William Moseley. This is based on the Teri Wilson novel Once Upon A Royal Summer. If you are an Unleashing Mr. Darcy fan, you know who Teri is. She wrote that gem too!
