‘Return To Amish’ Sabrina Burkholder Escaped Deadly Romance
Return to Amish alum, Sabrina Burkholder is shedding even more light on how she escaped a very deadly romance. The mother of six just opened up about how she was in an abusive relationship that almost killed her. Now, she is sharing even more details about what happened during that horrific time and it is terrifying. Keep reading for more information.
Sabrina Burkholder Escaped Deadly Romance
The fact that Sabrina Burkholder is still standing is an incredible feat. She dealt with substance abuse and that cost her custody of her two eldest children. Yet, she found a way to persevere and got clean and sober which was the hardest thing ever. Sabrina found love with Jethro Nolt and they were featured on Return to Amish along with their son, Zekiah. She and Jethro then welcomed two more daughters, Skylar, and Kalani despite having some serious highs and lows. It did not look like they would make it and, unfortunately, they did not. He even proposed to her but that was not enough to keep them together.
Sabrina soon shared that she had a sixth child, Aro, and that left fans wondering if it was with Jethro. She shared she had a new man who she loved very much and eventually revealed him to be someone named Scottie. They appeared to be quite happy and not much more was heard from her until now. She detailed how she escaped a traumatic domestic violence situation but did not say who the man was that hurt her. It can now be confirmed, via Sabrina’s Facebook, that it was Scottie. She shared this detail:
“In September, my ex was charged with strangulation, tampering with a witness, and kidnapping. He was recently sentenced to prison for two years.”
Sabrina Burkholder added some court papers so her followers could see how serious this really was.
She noted how he had grabbed a metal table and was ready to bash her skull in but she was able to call the police first. Had the cops not come when they did, she would not be here today.

Return to Amish fans were blown away by Sabrina Burkholder’s story. However, they were impressed with how strong she was but more so, they were happy that she was safe:

Many were fearful that he would find her once he got out as they did not think two years was enough. Hopefully, Sabrina has a plan in place and will be able to keep both herself and her family safe.
