Return to Amish star, Sabrina Burkholder is sharing her shocking domestic violence injury. It is unclear if she was still with the father of her sixth child but she is opening up about a horrid situation she was just in. So, what happened and how did she get the courage to get out? Sabrina Burkholder Shares Shocking Domestic Violence Injury
Fans watched Sabrina Burkholder grow and transform on TLC’s Return to Amish. She struggled with substance abuse and it was unclear if she would ever recover. Due to her addiction, she gave up custody of her two daughters and tried to get clean. Fortunately, she did and started a new life with Jethro Nolt. They welcomed three children together, which was showcased on the hit reality series. Sabrina had Zekiah, Skylar, and Kalani but their romance had a lot of bumps. It looked like they would not make it but somehow, they did.
After the final season of the series ended, Sabrina shared they had split. She then had a surprise sixth child named Aro and no one knew who the father was. This was a huge deal as she and Jethro seemed to make up and break up all of the time. Plus, no one had an inkling she was even pregnant. As it turned out, the father’s name was Scottie and she was over the moon excited to have him and their baby. Now, Sabrina is getting candid about a horrible situation she just endured.
She opened up about it on her Facebook and explained that she had been strange back in September 2024. However, she had no idea the damage that was done until she landed in the emergency room. That was when Sabrina Burkholder found out that she had a sprained neck but she had just assumed the pain would go away. When it didn’t, she sought help. She warned her followers to leave abusive situations before they end up killing you. Her goal is to save someone’s life and maybe her story will.
Proud Of Her
After Return to Amish fans saw Sabrina Burkholder’s post, they were proud of her and the bravery she exuded. It is not easy to share something like this but she was so strong in doing so. More so, they were happy she was safe:

She has shown pictures with Jethro at the end of 2024 which made some think they were back together. Sabrina made it clear that they are just friends and he has a girlfriend so for now, it appears her focus is on her children and getting better.
