Shemar Moore’s Ex, Jesiree Dizon, Tells Her Side Of Sad Breakup
Actor Shemar Moore of S.W.A.T. and The Young and the Restless fame recently shared that he and his partner Jesiree Dizon have recently broken up. Since then, Dizon herself has opened up about the situation. Recently, she discussed her side of the story on social media.
Jesiree Dizon Also Had A Few Words For Shemar Moore Directly
Dizon herself has worked as an actress. She has appeared in episodes of CSI: NY, True Blood, Hawaii Five-O, and Days of Our Lives.
Dizon is known for her relationship with actor Shemar Moore. Back in 2023, Moore announced the birth of their daughter, Frankie. In addition, Dizon also has two children, Kaiden and Charli, from previous relationships.
While Moore and Dizon are believed to have a long history together, Moore recently announced the two were breaking up. At the time, Moore emphasized that the two would still be involved with the children’s lives.
Since then, Dizon herself has also recently opened up about the situation. Taking to Instagram, she wrote, “The amount of love and support during this difficult time has been nothing short of overwhelming. Although our reality has changed, what will ALWAYS remain is the love and respect Shemar and i both have for each other.”
“Our commitment is not only to keep our love for each other alive and strong through the best friendship, but by also being the BEST co-parents in continuing to raise our daughter, Frankie, and Kaiden and Charli.”

Dizon also had some words aimed directly at Moore. As she shared, “Even though our romantic journey has ended, we are still stuck together FOR LIFE so let’s kill this parenting thing…. TOGETHER. You are the most amazing daddy to Frankie…. Still and will always be your best role yet. I will always love you.”

As noted by Us Weekly, Dizon and Moore had been together for at least five years. The two made their Instagram debut back in 2023.
On Dizon’s recent post, many fans shared their love and support in the comments. Many commended Dizon and Morre for how they were handling the situation. Some comments included:
