Is Isabella Strahan Dating Professional Boxer After Cancer Battle?
Isabella Strahan became an inspiration for many as she shared her cancer diagnosis with the world. A few months back, Michael Strahan’s daughter had made headlines when her cancer went into remission. Since then, Isabella has made many notable appearances. One recent outing even saw her with a prominent boxer.
Isabella Strahan Shared News Of Her Diagnosis Back In 2023
Isabella is the daughter of former professional football player and TV personality Michael Strahan. Born in December 2004, she also has a twin sister, Sophia.
Isabella shared her cancer diagnosis back in 2023, around the time she was about to start college at USC. She had been diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a form of brain tumor. Finishing up her chemotherapy in the summer of 2024, she has since been keeping fans updated about her life on social media.
As noted by Essentially Sports, Isabella is now officially cancer-free. She has also returned to USC in August of 2024, around a year following her cancer diagnosis.
As the publication noted, Isabella’s return to Los Angeles might not have been an easy one, considering the recent wildfires in the area. However, she also appeared to be away from Los Angeles during a recent outing.
In a recent Instagram Story, Isabella shared an image of herself attending the recent New York Knicks vs Detroit Pistons game. Isabella was also notably in attendance with a special friend: professional boxer Ben Garcia.
Isabella & Ben Garcia Have At Least One Thing In Common
For his part, Garcia also shared a video of himself waving to fans alongside Isabella. At this time, the publication only referred to Garcia as Isabella’s “friend.”
However, the two do at least have something in common. The two both appeared to be rooting for the Knicks, who ultimately lost to the Pistons, cheering them on from court-side seats.

As seen in the posts, Isabella hair is noticeably short, serving as a reminder of what she went through during her cancer battle. On social media, she has been known to have taken her hair loss in stride. As previously reported, she recently shared her short locks during an appearance at a recent Christmas party.
In one video uploaded to TikTok, Isabella’s sister Sophia pulled off a wig her sister was wearing. She proceeded to lip-synch “Oh my gosh! She’s bald! She’s bald and she’s torturing people who have hair!” The line notably comes from the animated series, Totally Spies.
The recent post shares how far Isabella has come on her journey battling cancer. As the publication noted, “Now, as Isabella slowly gains her hair back, it surely gives her another reason to celebrate the journey that started as a bolt from the blue.”
