She has the word “Ultrasound” written under her profile pic, including a stethoscope emoji. This is leading many to believe that she changed career paths, and that she is now focusing on being/becoming something that has to do with this field.
It seems going from a nursing path to an ultrasound technician or a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is something that a lot of people transition into. So, it could be that Liz had second thoughts about nursing and chose a different pathway instead.
Either way, she is keeping the details close to the vest at the moment. So, the best viewers can do is guess. However, it’s not entirely surprising that she is being intentionally cryptic about it.
