‘Full House’ Cast Reunite For A Special Cause
For the first time in several years, some of the biggest stars of Full House just had a reunion. Among the stars showing up for this reunion were John Stamos, Lori Loughlin, Candace Cameron Bure, and Jodie Sweetin. The event was also for a special cause.
Here is what you need to know about the reunion.
Full House Stars Have Big Reunion
The stars of the 1990s sitcom Full House reunited on Tuesday for a special event. The show was extremely popular when it aired, and there are a lot of fans of the cast. Many of them have even gone on to have successful careers even after the show.
This big reunion was to honor their former co-star Bob Saget. The event was the Cool Comedy Hot Cuisine in Los Angeles. This event benefited the Scleroderma Research Foundation. It also gave out the Bob Saget Legacy Award.
The last time most of the stars got together for a reunion was when many of them showed up at the wedding of Sweetin and Mescal Wasilewski in 2022. However, it seemed the reunions would be fewer, thanks to several problems.
Lori Loughlin got into a lot of trouble with the College Admissions Scandal and ended up in prison for two months in 2020.
However, an even darker shadow hung over the two former television sisters, Bure and Sweetin. Bure is a strong Christian who created some controversy when she hinted there would be no LGBTQ+ representation on the television network she works with. This caused problems for Sweetin, who called Bure out, and it seemed their relationship was almost severed.
However, it seems that both of them were all smiles when the four Full House stars posed together at the Cool Comedy Hot Cuisine. Lori Loughlin reportedly gave big hugs to everyone, and it seemed that things were as happy as ever.
What Happened At The Full House Reunion?
While the Full House reunion was fun for fans, that wasn’t what people at the Cool Comedy Hot Cuisine were there to see. Instead, this was about honoring the work of Bob Saget and his foundation.

The Bob Saget Legacy Award went to singer John Mayer and comedian Jeff Ross. Both men were recognized “in honor of how they both helped Saget raise funds and awareness for scleroderma research over the years” (via ABC). Scleroderma is an often life-threatening autoimmune disease.
Ross hosted the event, and Saget’s widow, Kelly Rizzo, said that the event included additional comedians, musicians, and performers. Saget died in January 2022 in his hotel room after what was called “head trauma.”
