The chances of Nicholas Alexander Chavez returning to General Hospital are slim to none. He landed a major role in Season 2 of Ryan Murphy’s Netflix’s Monsters anthology. He took a leave of absence from GH to film Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story. However, he was offered a role in another Ryan Murphy production and decided not to return to the soap. GH fans took his exit pretty hard, especially because it meant the end of ‘Sprina,’ the name fans gave Spencer and Trina. Spencer was presumed dead after falling into the Seine River. But the show will likely recast at some point.

General Hospital fans ‘shipped a real-life romance between Nicholas Alexander Chavez and Tabyana Ali. The actor was recently caught kissing one of his costars, but it wasn’t his old GH cast mate.
Video surfaced on Reddit of the young actor getting cozy with his Monsters costar, Chloë Sevigny. She played Kitty Menendez in the Netflix series.

Many comments in the Reddit thread were horrified by the kiss. After all, Chloë Sevigny played Nicholas Alexander Chavez’s mother on the show. Furthermore, the GH alum reportedly has a longtime girlfriend. The Oscar-nominated actress is married with a child.
