‘DWTS’ Carrie Ann Inaba On Brooks Nader’s Unfulfilled Potential
Dancing With The Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba hated seeing Brooks Nader leave the competition. But as she put it in a recent interview, not everyone gets to win the Mirrorball Trophy. Season 33 has remarkably competitive contestants and there are several fan-favorites gunning for the Mirrorball Trophy.
But what bothered Carrie Ann the most was not seeing Brooks achieve her full potential as a dancer. So what did the judge think about Brooks and Gleb’s last performance?
Carrie Ann Inaba Wished Brooks Nader Had More Time To Develop Her Craft
After Tuesday night’s episode, many DWTS fans agreed that Brooks Nader was improving week after week. However, the PDA-filled showmance ultimately turned viewers off from voting for her.
Online, many fans expressed that she might have lasted longer if Gleb Savchenko wasn’t her partner.
On Dedication Night, Brooks and Gleb dedicated their routine to her family. Brooks’ three younger sisters joined them onstage for the number and performed well. But it wasn’t enough to keep Brooks and Gleb in the competition.
Carrie Ann Inaba believes it’s a shame Brooks didn’t get more time to develop her dancing abilities.
“I don’t think Brooks reached her full potential as a dancer. But I do think she really improved,” Carrie Ann told Entertainment Weekly. “I noticed in her performance after her sisters cleared the floor, she tapped into something new. Not everyone gets to win the Mirrorball trophy, but they get to walk away with a magical experience. And I have to say that her and her sisters’ performance was something I’m sure they will remember fondly for a long time to come.”

Brooks Nader & Gleb Savchenko Weren’t Expecting To Leave
According to insiders, Gleb and Brooks took their elimination pretty hard. They really weren’t expecting to go home at this point, especially since Brooks really had improved significantly.
“Oh they’re f**king pissed. Both completely blindsided, neither of them thought they were going home,” an insider allegedly told The Sun. “Brooks was nervous about it before but Gleb even told her that there was a 0% chance it would be them eliminated so they really couldn’t believe it.”
After leaving the show, Brooks and Gleb are still in touch and spending time together. He’s made appearances on her TikTok in the days following their elimination.
What did you think about Brooks and Gleb’s elimination on Dedication Night? Do you think they deserved to stay another week? What did you think about Carrie Ann Inaba’s views? Leave your own thoughts and ideas in the comments.
