‘DWTS’ Gleb Savchenko & Brooks Nader Felt Shocked By Elimination
Another couple left the ballroom at the end of elimination night. Although Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko performed well during their Dedication Night routine, fans ultimately deemed it was time for them to go.
Many DWTS viewers predicted this would be their last night in the ballroom. But insiders report that Brooks and Gleb felt totally stunned by their elimination.
Gleb Savchenko & Brooks Nader Weren’t Expecting To Say Goodbye
On Dedication Night, the top nine couples dedicated their routine to someone special. Brooks Nader chose her three younger sisters, who also joined her and Gleb on the dance floor for a portion of the routine.
They earned a 32/40 for their Salsa to “Mi Gente” by J Balvin & Willy William. But ultimately, it just wasn’t enough.
When Julianne Hough announced Brooks and Gleb were eliminated, both looked utterly flabbergasted. Brooks even confessed they weren’t expected to leave so soon. The couple seemed to believe they were headed for the Mirrorball Trophy, despite being unpopular with viewers.
“Oh they’re f**king pissed. Both completely blindsided, neither of them thought they were going home,” a source reportedly shared with The Sun after Tuesday’s episode. “Brooks was nervous about it before but Gleb even told her that there was a 0% chance it would be them eliminated so they really couldn’t believe it.”
The insider alleged that the couple felt like the producers set them up and drove fans to hate them by focusing on their showmance.
“That hurt their chances,” the source added. “The viewers didn’t like that I don’t think, so they felt set up for failure. They’re taking it like champs though.”

Did The Couple Find Their Happily Ever After?
Since leaving the show, there have been rumors swirling around that Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko are thinking of building a life together.
“It sounds cheesy but they really are so happy they found each other in this process so that’s helped with the blow,” the source allegedly shared with The Sun. “They had a lot of alone time together last night to celebrate what they accomplished and work through their emotions. Their family and friends were with them a lot but also let them be so they could just be together.”
