‘The View’ Fans Want Sunny & Sara To ‘Play Nice’ During Debates

The United States Presidential election is coming up, which means many daily talk shows are getting a little testy. This is no more evident than on The View. The show already had contrasting political beliefs, but Sunny Hostin and Sara Haines have been getting problematic lately.

Many fans have spoken up and want the hosts to play nice because the in-fighting is not enjoyable. Here is what you need to know.

Sunny Hostin & Sara Haines Battling On The View

It seems the biggest arguments are between Sunny Hostin and Sara Haines. This is a slight surprise to some, as Alyssa Farah Griffin is the lone Republican among the Democrats on the show. While she has some problems with Sunny at times, it seems to be the feud between Sunny and Sara that has lit things up on the show.

The fighting seemed to begin with an offhand comment that Sunny made to Sara, which denigrated something Haines said. Sara simply noted people should vote for the candidate with “a good heart.” While it seemed harmless, Sunny lashed out at her. Hostin said the election isn’t “sunshine and unicorns and puppy dog tails.”

Since that time, Sara has been especially harsh to Sunny. For her part, Hostin is not stepping down either, and the two seem to be talking over each other more than ever.

The View Fans Tired Of All The Fighting

While Sunny Hostin and Sara Haines are both Democrats with similar views, they seem to be fighting each other more than anything. Instead of politely debating the issues, they appear to be bickering over how Kamala Harris should set herself apart from President Joe Biden (via YouTube).

Sunny believes that Kamala’s campaign has been “flawless.” While former President Donald Trump has mostly been talking about things the country should fear right now, Harris has spoken about issues she wants to tackle and changes she wants to make.

However, Sara believes Harris should do more to show how she differs from Biden. This caused the two hosts to snap at each other. While each woman was talking, they began to do so over each other and seemed to disagree about everything.
