Kelly Ripa Announces Location Change For ‘Live’ In November
Kelly Ripa made a special announcement on a recent episode of Live with Kelly and Mark. She shared that the show would move to a new location in November. This isn’t the first time she announced a change this month, but it is different from the previous one she mentioned.

Kelly Ripa Announces Location Change For Live…
Kelly Ripa told her fans that a location change will be coming for Live with Kelly and Mark in November. This is not the studio change that she announced earlier in the month. That change won’t happen until 2025. This new change is coming next month and for a very different reason.
Kelly said the November episodes will be filmed in one of Mark’s favorite vacation spots on the West Coast in November. The show is moving to Palm Springs for November, as they will be moving to warmer weather just as the cold weather should be moving into New York City.
“Listen, listen, listen, listen up!” Kelly said when making the announcement. She then revealed the show will be taped at the Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage in November. She also said tickets are on sale for the episodes (at 1iota.com). These episodes will be pre-recorded.
Live With Kelly And Mark Changing Studios In 2025
Kelly Ripa said that a studio change is coming next season. This means the new studio will go into effect in 2025. According to Kelly, they are waiting to move to a new studio because Art Moore didn’t want to deal with the move before he retires at the end of this season.
Art Moore has worked on every iteration of Live with… since 1983. He has been through all the hosts, starting with Regis Philbin and Cyndy Garvey. Moore is the Vice President of Programming at WABC-TV and has been with ABC for 53 years.
As for the new studio, the show “is finally moving to a new location” next season. Kelly said that she and Mark went to “tour the studios” and have been trying to figure out where they want to move. Kelly also said the new studio would be “a fancy schmancy state-of-the-art studio in SoHo.”
This means in November, fans will see Kelly and Mark from California. After that, they will take the winter off and then return to finish out the season before moving to a brand-new permanent location.
