When people watch episodes of Love Island, one exciting factor is that happy couples occasionally pursue real relationships. Most of the time though, connections made in episodes of the show are incredibly short-lived. When Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury met while filming the show back in 2019, it seemed their relationship was on the right track. But as of now, Molly-Mae and Tommy are officially broken up. The Rumored Cause Of Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hagues’s Love Island Breakup

After five years of dating and the birth of their daughter, Tommy and Molly-Mae have chosen to go their own separate ways. Before their breakup, fans loved seeing Tommy and Molly-Mae share content together on social media. The ex-couple reminded Love is Blind viewers that it was possible for true love to be found on the iconic reality TV show. Five years together is not a short chunk of time. Sharing a child together is also a big deal. Tommy gave insight into their split on ITV’s This Morning saying:

”Everyone will point the finger when there’s a bandwagon to jump on, but at the end of the day, out of respect to Molly and out of respect to myself, and you know, our relationship and to us, I’m gonna let us deal with that in private as much as we can. There’s been a lot of critics out there, and there’ll be critics out there til the day I die.”

The widespread rumor on social media is that Tommy cheated on Molly-Mae. Even though fans are questioning if infidelity was truly a factor, Tommy has done his best to avoid that line of questioning. He noted that he’d preferred to keep that topic between himself and Molly-Mae instead of letting the entire world get involved. Molly-Mae also opened up about the breakup on her personal YouTube channel. She said:

“Out of respect to Tommy… I feel like everything over the last couple of weeks has really been a lot, and been blown way out of proportion. It’s all gotten a little bit carried away with itself. The last thing I want is to fuel that fire anymore and stir the pot when it just doesn’t need to be stirred. I just feel like for me, the best way to just deal with this is to just move forward. Just look to the future.”
