However, these days, fans are more concerned about his health status than his Hollywood career. That’s because he’s been photographed on red carpets looking emaciated and gaunt. Matthew McConaughey’s Weight Loss Is Drastic

Recent footage of Matthew on a red carpet for the Kering Foundation’s Caring for Women is circulating all over social media. The annual event is always star-studded, but this year, Matthew’s star power wasn’t enough to shut down concerned fans and critics. That’s because his body weight currently looks significantly lower than normal. Fans are voicing their concerns on Twitter:

Others chimed in to blame possible usage of Ozempic and Cocaine. Ozempic is known for being a powerful weight loss drug, and rapid weight loss is a common symptom that comes along with Cocaine usage. However, these assumptions from fans are baseless. The mention of Dallas Buyers Club from the first fan was a reference to the 2013 drama Matthew starred in as an AIDS patient. Matthew shed loads of weight to handle that role, and some fans feel like he’s starting to resemble that character a little too much again.
