Hallmark’s 15th Anniversary of Countdown To Christmas is coming soon. Best of all, this milestone is getting its own song. EGOT winner Jennifer Hudson has a new feel-good holiday anthem just for this holiday season. This is all in celebration of the network’s 2024 Joy To Your World holiday campaign.

Jennifer Hudson Sings The Hallmark 2024 Countdown To Christmas Theme Song
Countdown to Christmas is coming in three weeks. However, this is not just any year. This is the 15-year anniversary. That means a lot of very special touches this holiday season. Best of all, Hallmark has enlisted Jennifer Hudson to sing the 2024 Christmas theme song. According to the feel-good network, that song is “Let There Be Joy.” This kicks off Hallmark’s 2024 Joy To Your World holiday campaign.
Jennifer has shared her joy about this project. “No one does the holidays quite like my friends at Hallmark, so I couldn’t be more thrilled to celebrate the season together with my new song ‘Let There Be Joy,’ as we Countdown To Christmas. Music and movies have always been a favorite holiday tradition for me and my family, so I hope this song can become the same tradition for everyone on Santa’s list this year!”
Allison Thiel, the Vice President Of Music Strategies and Licensing at Hallmark Media praised Jennifer’s “remarkable talent, powerhouse voice, and magnetic presence.” Thiel added, “She is nothing short of spectacular and is sure to make this holiday season. unforgettable.”

Countdown To Christmas Celebrates 15th Anniversary
Hallmark’s 2024 Countdown To Christmas is extra special. This is the 15-year-anniversary. The feel-good network has shared hundreds of stories about the holiday season. Therefore, partnering with Jennifer Hudson for this special anniversary with a beautiful song is just the perfect way to make this holiday season feel even more special.
Chief Brand Officer for Hallmark Media, Darren Abbott shared a statement on this collaboration. “Partnering with Jennifer Hudson couldn’t be a more perfect fit. The original song ‘Let There Be Joy’ captures the heart and soul of what we aim to share each holiday season – pure, genuine joy.”
Abbott continued by reaffirming that the network’s mission each holiday season is to bring “joy and happiness to the world during the holidays.” This year, the network will release 47 different holiday movies across three platforms, including the OG, the Mystery Channel, and its rebranded streaming service Hallmark+. Jennifer Hudson’s beautiful new song is just the chef’s kiss.
Jennifer Hudson’s first ever holiday album The Gift Of Love is released on Friday, October 18. That also happens to be the kickoff day for Countdown To Christmas.
