Wayne Brady Done With Kids, Getting Vasectomy?
Is Wayne Brady done with kids and getting a vasectomy? The dad of two might be ready to call it quits on his fatherhood journey. So, how does his family feel about him undergoing this procedure?

Wayne Brady is a beloved TV personality and host. He is most well known for hosting the game show Let’s Make A Deal. Additionally, he has been a fan favorite on Who’s Line Is It Anyway? and The Wayne Brady Show was his talk show in the early 2000s. Now, he has a TV show showcasing his blended family.
Brady’s blended family series is Wayne Brady: The Family Remix. It showcases him and his daughter, Maile, along with her mother and Brady’s ex-wife, Maddie Taketa. To make it even more blended, Taketa’s current partner, Jason Fordum is on the show. The two also have an adopted son, Sundance-Isamu, who is Brady’s godson.
However, it seems the media personality is calling it quits on one familial aspect of his life again after his ex-girlfriend, Tina, shared that he fathered her son, Val. Even though it was a surprise, he made it clear that he wanted to be a good father to his son. Additionally, he reportedly told PEOPLE that he never wants Val to think, “My dad didn’t want me.”
Taketa was reportedly more worried about Brady’s mental health when the news of the child was released. She explained that, “It was a struggle to begin with. And so it was that on top of everything.”
The Wayne Brady: Family Remix star further stated, “I mean, we had just come back from mom’s funeral together, and then this news was dropped, and so that’s my first concern was just weighing his health.”
Is It Just A Running Joke?
On Monday, September 23rd, the family [minus the little children] went on The Talk. Brady discussed the “running joke” of a vasectomy. His 21-year-old daughter, Malie, revealed that she “thought [the vasectomy] was happening.” His ex-wife, Taketa, questioned if it was all for laughs or the truth.
Furthermore, Brady seemed to make a life-changing decision on the show. He decided, “You know what, I will get a vasectomy.” The reality show star further explained, “Yeah. Look, I’ve already got two [kids]. I’m 52. I’m not Moses or somebody from the Bible that needs to go forth. Nope, I’m done. In fact, I should schedule an appointment right after the show.”
Maile made it clear she supported the decision before adding, “Keep that seat right there. Take a self-care weekend. Get some ice. Start praying.”
