Selena Gomez Shares Details About Diddy Encounter

Now that one of Justin‘s former mentors, Diddy, has been arrested for a slew of inappropriate charges, folks are doing deep dives into Justin‘s mentorship relationship with Diddy back in the day. Selena Gomez Had A Bizarre Experience With Diddy
In an old Interview with GQ from 2016, Selena revealed a super strange interaction she had with Diddy. As a reminder, the interaction went down while Selena was still in a serious relationship with Justin. Apparently, Diddy mistook Selena for the hired help. She explained, “P Diddy gave me his valet ticket once, do you know what I mean? Because he thought I was the valet lady!”
As shocking as it sounds to think Diddy was unaware of Selena’s identity back then, Selena insists that that’s exactly what happened. The GQ interviewer questioned her in disbelief, but she went on to say, “I don’t care, I actually laughed hysterically when it happened, but I get it. I know what all of it is.”
One of the reasons Selena’s amassed such a loyal fan base is because she’s consistently proven herself to be so down to earth. She’s thought of as a grounded and easy-going individual who makes people feel comfortable wherever she goes. She’s portrayed that energy in interviews as well as with fans who she meets in her daily life. The fact that she didn’t take offense to Diddy not knowing who she was is completely on brand for the Only Murders in the Building actress.
Did Diddy Really Not Know Who Selena Gomez Was?
Truth be told, Diddy not knowing who Selena was in 2016 certainly does sound unbelievable, since Selena was already making waves in the entertainment industry by then. By 2016, Selena had already filmed all four seasons of Wizards of Waverly Place on Disney Channel. She’d already starred in the edgy party movie Spring Breakers, and she’d already released multiple albums with hit songs.
When it comes to her relationship with Justin, she went on her first date with him in 2010, which means they were already decently far along in their relationship by 2016. So, did Diddy really not know who she was when he talked to her like she was the valet lady? At this point, that’s totally unclear. What we do know is that Selena was unphased by it at the time.

Nope Diddy is pulling Selena’s leg by pretending Selena is unpopular and wanted her to get in to his freak off to be known . What an MO of a hustlers to kids.
I think he knew exactly who she was and he only handed her the valet ticket as a way of creating space basically politely excusing her from his presence because clearly she don’t belong! how impressively powerful of a presence she had and how clever of her to hold her ground and laugh it off!!

He knew who she was and wanted to throw shady, be an A-hole and show his dominance. He felt some type of way that Justin had a gf because he liked him since he was his b-i-t-c-h.
P-Diddy was very Aware who she was he was being Disrespectful and basicly letting her know he will only see her as he sees a “Valet Lady” He was being what we call “Messy” Sean is very intelligent,and he also has children.So there’s no way you could convince me he didn’t know who Selena Gomez was.
