Mel B’s Daughter Takes Major Career Step With TV Show

Mel B’s daughter, Phoenix is taking a major career step with a TV show. After primarily focusing on reality TV and being an influencer, she is taking a turn to a different creative outlet.

Mel B is best known for her days in the girl group the Spice Girls. There, she was nicknamed Scary Spice. Since then, she has not yet her talents go to waste. Scary Spice has been on The Masked Singer, Dancing With The Stars, and was even a judge on America’s Got Talent, The Voice Kids Australia, and The Masked Singer Australia.

Mel B’s full name is Melanie Janine Brown. She will be returning to America’s Got Talent to be a judge on the spin-off show, Fantasy League. Additionally, as per her Instagram, Scary Spice went to college this summer at Leeds Beckett University where she studied trauma care.

Mel B was married to Jimmy Gulzar and Stephen Belafonte. Additionally, she has two children, Angel Iris Murphy Brown, and Phoenix Chi Gulzar. Furthermore, Scary Spicy got engaged to Jimmy in May 1998. In June of the same year, she was pregnant with her first baby, Phoenix.

Later in 1998, the couple married before getting divorced in 2000. Mel got custody of her daughter after she and Jimmy divorced. Mel met her ex-husband, Jimmy, when he was a dancer for the Spice Girls.

Phoenix was brought into the spotlight young when she was featured in Mel B’s music video for ‘Lullaby.’ Today, Phoenix has decided to pursue her dreams through a new creative outlet.

Phoenix And Creativity

Recently, Phoenix, who is now 25, and Mel B starred in the reality TV show, Celebrity Gogglebox. Now, Phoenix will have a Channel 4 documentary which will allow her to become an artist.

The series will be filmed by Flicker Productions which created Kate Garraway: Derek’s Story. Furthermore, the release date is TBD at the moment. Someone revealed to The Sun this information stating, “Phoenix is working on a special TV film focusing on her as she attempts to break into the professional art world.”

There has been much discussion in the media world about nepo babies, meaning they get their fame because their family is already in the spotlight. Moreover, the source claims that Phoenix wants to avoid this and be a “credible artist.” Phoenix’s effort and hard work will reportedly be shown in the documentary.

Phoenix took to her Instagram to showcase some of her art which she is “pretty proud of.” She said that this was her first show and it is called EMOSH. Additionally, it will be shown by the Sarah Kravitz gallery and she told her followers that they can “dm [her] for more details.”
