When Is ‘Watch What Happens Live’ Coming Back?

Bravo fans can almost always expect to catch an episode of Watch What Happens Live every night from Sunday through Thursday, directly following an exciting premiere of an episode from one of the network’s many shows. But lately, that’s not been the case.

Where is WWHL?

WWHL has not aired in over three weeks, specifically since its August 18 episode with Julianne Hough and Mickey Guyton.

Since then, there have been no new episodes and no public reason for the absence. The Instagram account for the series has been consistently posting content, but it’s only been throwback clips from previous episodes.

The show’s host Andy Cohen hasn’t addressed the sudden blank lineup, but he is pretty busy at the moment.

He is currently in a legal battle with former Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney. She alleges that Bravo didn’t provide a safe environment for her and she was pressured to drink alcohol. Cohen recently tried to get the lawsuit put on hold, but that action was denied.

When Is WWHL Returning?

Fear not, because WWHL will be making a return soon. Andy teased on social media that in November several Bravo stars will be joining him in Miami for the first-ever Bravo Fan Fest.

It’s at this multi-day event that there are going to be five live tapings of Watch What Happens Live episodes.

Right now, it’s unclear whether or not the show is going to come back before then, but at least it’s clear that the series hasn’t been canceled yet.

Is Bravo Falling Apart?

With numerous lawsuits lingering around the network, not to mention the fact that BravoCon is not happening this year and has been postponed to 2025, there are rumors that the network is on its last legs.

Viewers are starting to get tired of the shows, too. In a Reddit thread, fans predicted that based on everything that is going on, they don’t expect Bravo to last much longer. Here are a few of the comments:

  • “I get the feeling we are coming to the end of Bravolebrities and the shows. As more weeks pass I’m not even curious to see what’s going on in these shows as they air.”
  • “I used to never miss episodes of my favorite franchises. Now, I don’t even make it all the way through each season I start.”
  • “The execs need to get back to the table and work on sprucing up their formula because the current one is played out.”
