‘I Love A Mama’s Boy’ Season 4 Cast & Premiere Date
I Love A Mama’s Boy is back for Season 4 and not only has the cast been revealed but so has the premiere date. It is coming up faster than anyone would have expected but is anyone returning? Plus, who are the newbies challenging romance because of their moms? Keep reading for more details.
I Love A Mama’s Boy Season 4 Cast
It has been a little over two years since I Love A Mama’s Boy last aired on TLC. This is one of the more controversial reality series as the boys and their mothers have extremely close relationships. Now in its fourth season, only one mother-son duo is returning and that is Matt and Kelly McAdams. He has been engaged, had a girlfriend, and now, according to People, he is willing to try it all over again. Admittedly, they are “inseparable” and he even brings Kelly along on a first date.
Eventually, Matt starts to realize what the problem is and says it out loud:
“I’m 33 and single. My mom’s the problem, it’s not me.”
Shahid and Dia feel so connected and he equates that to him being inside of her as a baby. They match clothing and share finances but Dia does not think anyone is good enough for him. That includes his girlfriend, Nylah whom he is “verbally engaged” to. There is no ring just yet and Dia may compromise that. Nylah admits she does not like to share so she and Dia may have a lot in common. Next, Josh and Janelle have been married for 12 years but his mother, Tina does not click with his wife.
The couple just got a home in Florida but it does not accommodate Tina so she reminds Janelle she came first. Austin and his ex, Kristopher want to try to make it work but they have one big hurdle-Austin’s mother, Shirlene. Kristopher ultimately tells Austin:
“I’m done. Figure it out with your mom. Date your f—ing mom.”
Finally, there’s mother-son duo, Chase and Lori, who get confused for a couple. He does have a girlfriend, Natasha who has a moment of trying on wedding gowns. As she does so, Lori makes her aware she knows what her son likes.

When Does It Premiere?
Now that the five couples have been revealed, when does Season 4 of I Love A Mama’s Boy premiere on TLC? It is actually coming faster than anyone would have anticipated. The new season starts on Monday, September 16th so it will take the place of Unexpected. After TLC followers saw the clip, they had some thoughts:
