‘Price Is Right’ Fans Angry After Show Snubs Bob Barker
This week was a special moment for The Price is Right fans. However, the game show itself completely ignored the moment. Things went on as usual for the show and many fans chimed in to show astonishment that the show would snub Bob Barker on such an important occasion.
Here is what happened that has fans thinking the popular daytime game show disrespected Bob Barker this week.
Fans Blast Price Is Right For Snubbing Bob Barker
Fans were unhappy this week when The Price is Right ignored a very important anniversary for the show. While fans flocked online to praise the former host, Bob Barker, the show itself didn’t even acknowledge the one-year anniversary of his death.
The iconic Bob Barker died on August 26, 2024. Despite the fact the show remains known for his years of hosting it, the game show itself didn’t offer any message on the one-year anniversary of his death. However, while the show snubbed him yesterday, fans were online to offer their memories after the game show ignored the moment.
- “Remembering Bob Barker one year later. Some of my favorite Bob Barker memories were contestants playing Plinko, Cliffhangers, and Three Strikes.”
- “Rest In Peace Bob Barker! We lost you one year ago today,”
- “Can’t believe it’s been a year since we lost the GOAT. R.I.P. Bob!”
- “He was such a legend his style and charm, he’s definitely missed”
Instead of celebrating or acknowledging Bob Barker on the anniversary of his death, The Price is Right instead showed a video of a man celebrating with Drew Carey after winning a car.
