‘American Idol’ Just Sam Breaks Down After Personal Tragedy
Just Sam has been one of the saddest stories coming out of American Idol. Despite winning the show, they never got their album or career because they never had the resources to make it on their own. Sam ended up falling hard, but has since revealed they have rebounded. However, they recently revealed another tragedy hit their life.

American Idol Star Just Sam On Recent Tragedy
Just Sam was a popular contestant on American Idol Season 18. They won the competition that season. However, things didn’t work out well for them, as they are one of the sad stories that came out of the reality TV competition. Now, they have announced a new tragedy.
Just Sam took to social media to announce some sad news. In a post on their Instagram Reels, they posted that their dog had just died. Not only that, but it was a tragic death because they said it was caused by a “reckless driver.”
“I never knew how much losing a pet would affect me until now… I literally miss my dog everyday as if I lost a blood relative,” Sam said in the video. “I just want to say cherish your dogs. It took a couple of seconds for a reckless driver to take my dog’s life.”
Sam said that the dog’s life was taken “way too early and it sucks that the person who did this still hasn’t said anything about the situation.” They then said that the person didn’t slow down or even try to swerve to miss him. Sam then asked what the person would have done if it was a child they ran over and killed instead of a dog.
“Almost doesn’t feel like an accident which makes grieving harder because I can’t help but question how someone could be not only so reckless on the road but careless as well,” Sam wrote. “I miss my sweet boy like crazy.”
