‘Catfish’ Fans Spot Drama Between Nev Schulman & Kamie
Catfish fans have spotted some drama between hosts Nev Schulman and Kamie Crawford. Kamie came on to the hit MTV series as a guest host when OG co-host, Max Joseph exited. She then became a permanent fixture in 2020 and has worked quite well with Nev. Unfortunately, viewers do not think that comradery is going to last when new episodes start filming. How come? Catfish Fans Spot Drama Between Nev Schulman & Kamie
It was hard for Catfish viewers when Max Joseph announced he was leaving the series. He had been there alongside Nev Schulman since day one and they were a power duo. Unfortunately, he had other opportunities and was ready to capitalize on them. New co-hosts came in and then Kamie Crawford made a splash. Fans liked her approach and how she was hard with a heart. Not only was she tough when she needed to be but she was empathetic to those who needed a pep talk and a shoulder.
Kamie and Nev also had a great bond and that translated from their adventures to the screen so she was a great choice. Even Max has given his seal of approval. Sadly, Nev was just in a horrific bike accident where he broke his neck but feels he is lucky to be alive. Fans celebrities, and close friends sent well wishes from all over with hopes for a speedy recovery. He is doing much better than ever expected but one person who has seemingly not reached out publicly is Kamie.

According to a Reddit thread, followers noticed Kamie did not say anything to her Catfish co-host and he has since unfollowed her on Instagram. This is leading fans to believe there will be tension when they resume filming the show:
- I have felt that there is a disconnect between them this season. They act less friendly towards one another.
- yeah I thought it was weird that she never commented ‘get well’ or anything on his insta….there must be bad blood between them
- Didn’t K already announce she was leaving after this season ?

Kamie Crawford still follows Nev Schulman while his wife, Laura still follows Kamie. However, as aforementioned, one follower noted how Kamie said this was her last season on Catfish. Yet, no one else had heard that. She is frequently absent, leaving Nev with guest co-hosts. There is also the theory that their beliefs do not align and that has caused tension over the last year. Something went awry and hopefully, the two of them can rectify it so the show can go on in a positive manner.
