Micah Plath’s Girlfriend Stops Hiding, Appears On Camera
Although Welcome To Plathville star, Micah Plath has been getting serious with his new girlfriend, Veronica Peters, she hasn’t wanted to be seen. Specifically, she hasn’t been open to being on camera other than in passing. Likewise, she has particularly made it her mission to dodge social media and the TLC scenes.
Micah Plath And His Girlfriend Value Privacy
While Welcome To Plathville star, Micah Plath’s girlfriend has diligently tried to avoid public exposure with the show, she has allowed cameras to have a glimpse of her in passing. The back of her dress or the lower part of her face, but not fully engaging. After seeing how Olivia and Ethan Plath’s relationship was scrutinized, it is understandable they want to live off-camera. However, in the new episode, she is finally giving up on hiding from the cameras. Undeniably, Micah has respected her wishes but seemingly has wanted to include her in the filming part of his life. As the relationship continues to get more layers, it has been harder for Veronica Peters to exclude herself without truly feeling like she is missing out.
Micah Plath’s World Includes The Public Eye
Since introducing the idea that Micah Plath is moving forward with a deeper connection, it has been surprising that Veronica Peters wanted to be undercover. Seemingly, it comes with the territory when someone dates a Plath, that they will be on camera. In the beginning, it was probably easier to keep her secret identity, but as they continue to grow closer, it is hard to separate Micah from his on-camera life.
In the latest episode of Welcome To Plathville, Veronica missed out on a Plath family Spartan race outing because she wanted to stay clear of the family’s social media posts. Micah expresses, “My girlfriend would definitely love to come to this race with me, but my family will be posting on social media.” Furthermore, he adds, “And as far as having a public relationship, you know my girlfriend likes to steer clear of that type of stuff. She would rather keep her peace.”

When Micah Plath returned home after the Spartan race he and his family competed in, he was talking with cameras, but Veronica wasn’t seen. However, he refers to Veronica and she lets him know from another room she can hear him. At that point, she makes her grand entrance to Welcome To Plathville.
During her introduction, the producers ask why she decided to let them film her. She says, “It was definitely a point of…not contention, but it was definitely something talked about a lot.” Then, she explains, “I never was the person that wanted to be in the spotlight. I liked being in the back of the room. I liked being the one listening to everything, the one not involved in everything.” Additionally, she says she even blocked Micah when he would try and take any couple photos during their early relationship.
Veronica confesses, “It’s definitely an insecurity, like, not wanting to be [photographed],” Admittedly, she adds, “I’d rather have memories in the moment. But to make memories of the family, you sort of have to be on camera at this point.”
What Does The Future Look Like?
Furthermore, Veronica Peters adds, “I tried to hide for a while. It didn’t work.” Seemingly, Micah Plath is ecstatic that Veronica is participating, “I feel like that kind of takes our relationship to the next level.” Furthermore, he shares his commitment to her, “I look at you and me as like, we’re basically married. It’s, like, the commitment level that we have together.” Likewise, Veronica echoes how happy she is sharing a life with her “best friend” and their three dogs. She says, “I’m thankful for him every day.” Although they were freely discussing their commitment to each other when producers asked if marriage was in their future and then it was crickets from both. Both Micah and Veronica look back and forth and she finally says, “That’s awkward silence.” Then, Micah ends it with, “No comment right now.”
