Undeniably, Candace Cameron Bure’s daughter, Natasha Bure, is no stranger to the spotlight since her mom and dad are both famous in their own right. Candace grew up in the entertainment industry. She is famous for her role as older sister, D.J., in Full House. However, since then she has starred in many movies on Hallmark and the Great American Family Channel. Likewise, Natasha’s dad, Valeri Bure, is an NHL hockey player which kept her immersed in the sports world as well. But Natasha relives a “nightmare” experience from a personal audition she had breaking out in the entertainment industry.

As The Voice prepares for a new season with new faces, singer, Michael Buble, and rapper, Snoop Dogg, sitting in as coaches, some old experiences emerge. The next season promises to see Gwen Stefani rejoin the lineup as well as Reba McEntire. Furthermore, Adam Levine promises to return for future seasons in Spring 2025, with plans to capture more wins. Undeniably, some of the contestants experience many nerves when standing before the coaches. Without a doubt, it can be extremely stressful. For Candace Cameron Bure’s daughter, Natasha Bure, that was the case. Moreover, she revisits the moment of her audition when Adam’s chair spun around. Admittedly, it lives in her “nightmares.”

Candace Cameron Bure’s Daughter Replays ‘Nightmare’ Audition

Last week, Candace Cameron Bure’s daughter, Natasha Bure, joined The Sit and Chat podcast with Jake Short and her boyfriend, Bradley Steven Perry. Furthermore, as she reflects on her 2016 audition for The Voice, she expresses, “I have nightmares about it.” Additionally, she says, “I hated it.” While she didn’t truly know if she wanted a music career, she and her mom had discussed branching out and challenging herself. So when she got the invitation to perform on The Voice, she took the chance.

However, she recalls being split up from her parents during the auditions. Additionally, when she caught a glimpse of them before performing, she broke down in tears with the pressure. Undeniably, it is difficult to perform before a live audience and coaches. But unlike other contestants, she also has two widely known parents and she knew it would be a public matter. Without a doubt, that was a burden weighing even heavier on her that she needed to do well. She explains, “Adam Levine turned in the first maybe ten seconds of singing, and then the rest of the song could not have sounded worse – like, actually, it was really unfortunate.” Sadly, she feels he may have regretted his decision.

Her Audition Lives On

During The Voice Season 11 episode 5, she performed for Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Alicia Keys, and Miley Cyrus. While she isn’t proud of her audition, she made it a few rounds before elimination. Thanks to good ‘ol YouTube, the audition lives on in more than just Natasha Bure’s nightmares. Candace Cameron Bure can be seen jumping for joy when Adam spins his chair. Additionally, Blake notes, “Lots of cool stuff in there,” while listening to her voice. However, he doesn’t turn.

Adam Levine Was Confident

Alicia and Miley continue to listen trying to make up their minds about her sound. Although Natasha feels embarrassed about the audition, it wasn’t perfect but the judges heard things they liked. On the other hand, Adam was confident early on he could tell her potential. For instance, he slams the red button with just a few bars of vocals.

Candace Cameron Bure’s Daughter Faces Her Fears

Although The Voice didn’t ultimately work out for Candace Cameron Bure’s daughter, Natasha, she was brave to face her fear. Undeniably, it hasn’t held her back from moving forward with other great successes. For instance, she has already acted in several Hallmark movies since that time. Likewise, her boyfriend, Bradley Steven Perry, points out that singing competition shows don’t carry as much weight as they used to. However, they acknowledge that several successful artists came from the early seasons of shows like American Idol. For example, Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood have both found careers after their reality TV competitions.
