Anna Cardwell’s Widower Sends Sweet Message To Late Wife
Anna Cardwell’s widower, Eldridge Toney, sent a sweet message to his late wife over seven months after she passed away. He has stayed mostly out of the spotlight since she passed though her death has been very hard on him. So, what does he want Anna to know now that she is gone? Keep reading for more details.
Anna Cardwell’s Widower Sends Sweet Message To Late Wife
It has been over seven months since Anna Cardwell sadly passed away at the age of 29 from stage 4 adrenal carcinoma. The mother of two was diagnosed in early 2023 so she and her longtime partner, Eldridge Toney decided to have an intimate wedding. Her sister, Pumpkin planned it and her father walked her down the aisle. It was very special given that no one had any idea how serious her cancer was. By December 2023, things declined so rapidly and she was soon gone.
Before she passed, Anna shared that she wanted Eldridge to have custody of her eldest daughter, Kaitlyn. Custody of her youngest, Kylee would automatically go to Anna’s first husband, Michael Cardwell as he was her biological husband. However, it was never determined who Kaitlyn’s bio dad was therefore, decisions had to be made. Unfortunately, she never filed the papers and Mama June took custody which she claimed Anna wanted. Michael Cardwell has since filed for custody and they are battling one another. As for Eldridge, he just misses Anna and shared a tribute to her on his social media.
He is looking over at Anna with his arm on her and she has her finger on him. It appears that she is in a wheelchair but they are outside and he wrote over the photo:

It is clear that Eldridge’s heart is completely broken by her passing but he does take comfort in knowing she is watching over him.
Helping Mama June
The last time Eldridge Toney was seen was in April when Kaitlyn had a dance and he stopped over to see her off. He then posted photos from the day on his Instagram and noted how much Anna Cardwell would have loved to have been there.

Now, with the custody battle underway, Mama June has subpoenaed Eldridge to come and be and be an ally in court. Anna and her mother had a very estranged relationship for many years so it is unclear what he knows or what he will say. Hopefully, there will only be the best outcome for Kaitlyn.
