Variety reports that the Canadian singer landed in Paris on July 22. She was spotted at the Royal Monceau Hotel, where Lady Gaga is also reportedly staying.

It’s widely speculated that Celine will be performing at the Olympics opening ceremonies, but specifics are still currently unknown. Variety reports that her representatives declined to comment on the speculation.

If rumors are to be believed, this will be Celine Dion’s first major performance since her Stiff-Person Syndrome diagnosis in 2022. After receiving her diagnosis, Celine largely stayed out of the spotlight to focus on her health. She rarely even gave interviews during this time.

After everything she’s been through, this would be a major accomplishment for the singer. Fans would love to see her onstage once again.
